  • The validity of the Schengen Visa is only 90 days. If the course you are applying to will exceed a period of 90 days, then you will need something more than a Schengen visa. What you will require is a residence permit in the country of your choice. Certain countries in Europe may require for students to apply for a residence permit before arriving in Europe. 
  • The cost of education in Europe is highly subsidized. This is due to taxes. European students enjoy the benefit of extremely low rate or affordable fees. There is also the availability of no tuition fees. However, Non EU students have to pay the entire tuition fees.
