  1. The application form should be appropriately filled. You are required to provide proof of financial ability without which you won’t be able to move forward with your application.
  2. Keep ready with you two passport size photographs and transcripts to prove that you have a high school certification.
  3. Some universities may need an essay test. So keep practicing on writing relevant essays.
  4. After collecting all the necessary documents, submit your application either online or directly to the university.

Instruction For Non-EU Candidates to Study in Europe

  1. The first step is to fill the application carefully.
  2. Keep your transcription ready as proof that shows you have passed high school.
  3. You will need a valid and non-expired passport since you are an international student.
  4. Keep ready with you two passport size photographs.

  6. Prepare your Essay because they may ask for an essay test. Many non-EU candidates get stuck at this step, we recommend you to prepare in advance.
  7. English proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, and C1 Advanced are mandatory.

  9. After collecting all the documents, submit them at a consulate or the embassy of the country in which you are going to apply.

Student Visa to Study in Europe

Without the letter of acceptance, it would not be possible for you to enter into any European country. So you will have to fulfill the application process and procure a letter of acceptance from a university first.

Now follow this step-by-step process to get a student visa to study in Europe:

Step 1: Collect all the necessary documents required for a visa which include

  • Passport size photos
  • Application form
  • An identification card or proof
  • A proof of your educational qualifications like a high school transcript
  • A certification from the police that illustrates that you haven’t been into any sort of criminal activity lately.
  • Proof of sound financial ability
  • Medical certificate declaring the fact that you are medically fit (applicable in some countries)

  • Letter of acceptance

Step 2:  Contact the consulate or embassy of the European country in which you are going to stay.

Step 3: On the day of the interview, they will ask you for the documents that you have collected earlier so be prepared. The consulate or embassy will give you the date of the interview.

Step 4: Your visa will be issued within 2 to 5 weeks.
