What is a UK Tier 4 Visa?
Tier 4 Student Visas allow students from outside the European Economic Area to study in the UK, generally at a school, college, or university. If you are 16 years of age or above and want to pursue your higher education in the UK, you will certainly need to apply for a Tier 4 general student visa.

Processing Time and Priority Service
When you submit your biometrics, your application begins to be processed, and it concludes when you pick up your passport. The complete process takes around three weeks, with one week equaling five working days. However, If you apply for a visa or settlement from within the UK, you may be able to pay for a quicker decision. To get a decision within 5 working days or if you are eligible you can choose the ‘priority service’ when you apply. The priority visa UK tier 4 cost you around 500 euros (INR 40,314 approx).

If the visa is granted for a term of 9 months or more (9 x £680), the total cost per dependent is £6,120 (INR 4,93,632).

UK Tier 4 Visa Application
Step 1: Check your CAS statement. Make sure all of the course details are correct!
Step 2: Prepare your financial documents and other supporting documents.
Step 3: Register and complete the visa application form
Step 4: Pay your Immigration Health surcharge and application fees of £ 348 (INR 30,178, as per the current exchange rate).
Step 5: Attend your appointment at the nearest embassy or consulate.
Step 6: Get the result of your application. If your visa application has been granted, appear for the interview later on.

What is a Tier 3 Visa UK?
Tier 3 Visa UK category was intended to fill temporary labour shortages with low-skilled people, but it no longer exists. This strategy never resulted in any visas being issued by the government. Student Visa: This type of visa is for international students who want to study in the United Kingdom.
What is Tier 2 UK Visa?
The Tier 2 UK Visa (General) route is for migrants who have been offered a job in the United Kingdom and are sponsored by UKVI-approved businesses. It is the primary immigration route for skilled workers seeking employment in the United Kingdom. A standard tier 2 UK visa application should be decided within 8 weeks of the application being submitted.
UK Tier 2 Dependent Visa
UK Tier 2 Dependent Visa allow the main visa holder’s spouse, unmarried partner, or children (unmarried) to visit the UK for the same amount of time as the main visa holder. It takes around 15 days to process the UK tier 2 dependent visa. Each dependent is also subject to the Immigration Health Surcharge, which costs around 624 euros (INR 50,313) per month for adults and 427 euros (INR 34,432) for child applicants.

If your UK tier 4 visa is rejected, you must contact the International Office immediately with the name, number and a scanned copy of your refusal notice letter.
You are not allowed to travel without your BRP. The BRP is proof of your immigration permission and you are required to show this to travel and re-enter the UK.
