Document Verification

Once you have taken the exam, the last phase of the test is to get your documents verified and get a medical exam by the assigned doctors. Here are the documents required for document verification:

  • Original Marksheet of Class X
  • Original Marksheet of Class XII
  • Original Diploma/ Certificate
  • SC/ ST Certificate (if applicable)
  • OBC Non-Creamy Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income and Asset certificate for economically backward people
  • Minority community declaration
  • Original discharge certificate only for ex-servicemen 
  • Self Declaration for ex-servicemen
  • Medical certificate for People with benchmark disability (PwBD)
  • No objection certificate from serving employees
  • Gazetted notification for any name change
  • Receipt of payment for the application
  • Self-certification for transgender people
  • No Objection Certificate from Serving Defense Personnel
  • J&K Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India
  • Decree of judicial separation/ divorce from Court of Law and affidavit that the applicant has not remarried

Medical Test
