RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2023 Apply Online

Here is the complete process to apply for RRB Paramedical 2023:

1. Visit the RRB official website.
2. Click on the “Online Registration” link.
3. Select the “New Registration” link.
4. Choose the RRB (RRB regional centre) for which you are applying.
5. Choose the category that you belong to.
6. Read the instructions and tick the “Declaration” section and then “Submit”.
7. Next, you need to provide basic details like your complete name, email ID, phone number, parents’ names, status Aadhaar card, 10th standard details, date of birth and enter a CAPTCHA.
8. Click “Continue”.
9. Check the details provided by you and then click the option “I have verified and confirmed that all the details furnished by me are correct”. 
10.  An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number through which the registration number will be generated.
11. Log in with your registration number and DOB. Enter CAPTCHA.
12. Provide further information including your education qualification, community, nationality, gender, religion and other details like whether you are a government employee or PwBD category. Click on “Save”.
13. Pay the application fee.
14. Upload photo, signature and other relevant documents as per the specifications.
15. “Submit” the application form and take a print out.

RRB Paramedical Fees

In order to apply for the RRB Paramedical exam, an applicant can submit an application through Online/offline modes along with scanned documents, as required. Moreover, modification can be carried out, for a fee, during the window. Applicable fees are mentioned below:

All candidates [except the fee concession categories as mentioned in the row below] Out of the submitted fee of Rs 500, a sum of Rs 400/- shall be refunded to their bank account after duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in CBT.	INR 500

Exam Pattern

The question paper for RRB Paramedical exam comprises of 100 questions which have to be completed in a duration of 90 minutes [all categories] and 120 minutes [candidates belonging to PwBD category availing Scribe facility]. All questions will be objective [MCQ] with only one correct answer. More details on the sections tested have been stated below. Official RRB websites will put out mock/practice tests to familiarise the candidates with questions asked.

Criteria adopted in the RRB Paramedical exam in respect of different posts and their respective age and qualification conditions have been mentioned below.

Staff Nurse	20-40	Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife after passing 3 years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or any other institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council  OR BSc Nursing Note: The Indian Nursing Council has also laid down certain special concessions for the above courses with respect to Auxiliary nurse-Midwives, Midwives and ‘B’ Grade Nurses, by way of reduced course period, etc. Candidates obtaining the qualification prescribed above, under these concessions will also be eligible for recruitment.
Lady Health Visitor	18-39	12th standard from a recognized Board/University with multipurpose workers course from Central/State Governments recognized Institutes.
Dental Hygienist	18-33	(a) Degree in Science (Biology) from a recognized university or equivalent  AND  (b) Diploma/Certificate Course (2 yrs) in Dental Hygiene from an institute recognized by Dental Council of India  AND  (c) Registered as Dental Hygienist with Dental Council of India  AND  (d) 2 yrs experience working as Dental Hygienist.  Note: In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the competent authority’s discretion. If at any stage of selection, the competent authority feels that sufficient number of candidates belonging to these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the posts reserved for them.

Health And Malaria Inspector Grade III	18-33	BSc having studied Chemistry as main/optional subject under any branch of Chemistry while undertaking the course PLUS 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector  OR 1 year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector awarded by National Council for Vocational Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, New Delhi.
Radiographer	19-33	10+2 with Physics & Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/ Radiodiagnosis Technology (2 years course) from a recognized Institute.  Science graduates with a Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/Radiodiagnosis Technology (2 years course) shall be given preference
Physiotherapist	18-33	Bachelors’ Degree in Physiotherapy [e.g BSc Physiotherapy] from a recognized university AND 2 years practical experience in physiotherapy from a govt/private hospital with at least 100 beds.
Lab Superintendent Grade III	18-33	Bachelor of Science with Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Life science/B.Sc with Chemistry and Biology as main or optional/subsidiary subjects or equivalent PLUS Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or equivalent  OR  B.Sc in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution
ECG Technician	18-33	10+2 /Graduation in Science having a Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/ Cardiology/Cardiology Technician/ Cardiology Techniques from a reputed institution.*
Optometrist	18-33	BSc Optometry OR Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician (at least 3-4 yrs duration). The candidate should have been registered with the concerned Council/Licensing body.
Perfusionist	21-40	BSc with Diploma in Perfusion Technology  OR  B.Sc PLUS 3 yrs experience as a Cardio-Pulmonary Pump Technician in a reputed hospital
Lab Assistant Grade II	18-33	12th (10 + 2) in Science PLUS  (a) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) OR  (b) Certificate Course in Medical Lab. Technology at par with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) subject to the fulfillment of (i) Course has been done from a University or Technical Board of State Government/Central Government authority recognized institution (ii) At least 1-year duration (iii) Training done during the course must be full time; and (iv) At the end of the course, there should be system of examination which has been successfully cleared by the candidate. **
