The National Talent Search Examination, or NTSE, as it is commonly called, is an annual scholarship examination which is conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to provide financial assistance to meritorious students at higher school, graduation, postgraduate, or doctoral level education. The award amongst range between Rs 1,250-2,000 per month based on the level of education. NTSE 2023 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

NTSE is also conducted in two main stages:

  • Stage I: State Level Exam for Indian States and Union Territories
  • Stage II: National Level Exam conducted by NCERT

Only upon clearing both the SAT and MAT exams will you be qualified for the National level examination.

NTSE Syllabus
