Can I get Australian PR without IELTS?

You must be proficient in English to obtain permanent residency in Australia. As proof, you can demonstrate your IELTS scores. While IELTS may be mandatory for an applicant of permanent residency it is not compulsory for spouses and other dependents of permanent residents or an Australian citizen.
