About NTA
NTA stands for National Test Agency. It was established in 2018 to conduct entrance examinations in the country. NTA takes care of all the procedures including test procedure, test delivery, test marking. Initially JEE Mains, UGC NET and NEET were conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). All India Council for Technical Education conducted exams including CMAT and GPAT.
Features of NTA
NTA is responsible for other things as well. These include:
- Mock Papers for all the exams. It is important to note that you can access these mock papers only if you have registered for the exam.

NTA Exams Eligibility Criteria
National Testing Agency conducts 17 exams but there are some exams that are taken across India and are some of the most important exams in their fields. Here is the list of these exams and their eligibility criteria set by NTA.

IND-SAT Exam 2023
IND-SAT also known as the Indian Scholastic Assessment Test is an exam conducted by the NTA in order to grant admissions and scholarships to foreign students to study in India. The test comprises a math test, writing and language test and a reading test.

Almost all the National Testing Agency exams follow the same procedure for application.
1. Fill an application form
If you are applying for an exam by NTA, be it NEET, JEE Mains, CMAT, GPAT, UGC Net, DUET or DUJAT, you need to fill an application form on the official website of NTA.
2. Download the Admit Card
Once you have filled the application along with the documents, you need to download your admit card. You can download your admit card by entering your application number and date of birth.
3. Appear for the exam
The admit card will have details on your test centre where you need to take your test. The paper will have subjects related to whichever course you are planning to take with that test.
4. Wait for the result
The last thing you need to wait for is the result. You can get the result on the website of NTA. Here, you will know your marks, overall rank, state rank. According to your result, you will be selected by different universities.
