Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria vary for most of the courses offered. The eligibility criteria for some of the courses are listed below:
For BTech
- Candidates must have cleared class 12 from a recognized board.
- Candidates must have secured 60% aggregate in four subjects.
- Mathematics should be a compulsory subject.
For BA Hons Humanities and Social Sciences
- Candidates must have cleared class 12 from a recognized board.
- Candidates must have secured 60% aggregate in four subjects.
For BA Hons Multimedia and Mass Communication
- Candidates must have cleared class 12 from a recognized board.
- Candidates must have secured 75% aggregate in four subjects.
- Candidates must have secured 85% in English.
- Mass Media Studies can be included as an academic subject among the best four subjects.
For PG Courses
LLB
- Graduation with aggregate of 50% for general, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST
LLM
- Three year LLB or five year integrated BA LLB with an aggregate of 50% for general, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST
MCA
- Bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 60%.
- At least one paper in Mathematical Science.
M.Com
- Candidates must have completed graduation in Commerce.
- The qualifying percentage is 50% for general, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST
M.Ed
- Candidates must have graduated in BEd, BABEd, BElEd or DElEd with an aggregate of 50%.
