Delhi University conducts Delhi University Entrance Test or DUET to offer aspirants across UG, PG, MPhil and PhD programs. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria vary for most of the courses offered. The eligibility criteria for some of the courses are listed below: 

For BTech

• Candidates must have cleared class 12 from a recognized board.
• Candidates must have secured 60% aggregate in four subjects.
• Mathematics should be a compulsory subject.

For BA Hons Humanities and Social Sciences

• Candidates must have cleared class 12 from a recognized board.
• Candidates must have secured 60% aggregate in four subjects.

For BA Hons Multimedia and Mass Communication

• Candidates must have cleared class 12 from a recognized board.
• Candidates must have secured 75% aggregate in four subjects.
• Candidates must have secured 85% in English.
• Mass Media Studies can be included as an academic subject among the best four subjects.

For PG Courses

LLB

• Graduation with aggregate of 50% for general, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST

LLM 

• Three year LLB or five year integrated BA LLB with an aggregate of 50% for general, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST

MCA

• Bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 60%.
• At least one paper in Mathematical Science.

M.Com

• Candidates must have completed graduation in Commerce.
• The qualifying percentage is 50% for general, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST

M.Ed

• Candidates must have graduated in BEd,  BABEd, BElEd or DElEd with an aggregate of 50%.

How to Apply for DUET?

Given below is the detailed procedure that candidates must follow for applying for the DUET exam:

• Register through the official site: Log on to the official website and Apply Online. Fill in the required details to get a unique id and password to further the application process.
• Application Form:  After successful registration, candidates must fill the application form and make the payment.
• Upload the necessary documents: Fill up the application form correctly and upload necessary scanned document images.
