5. If still in high school, please provide:

• Graduation Date (YYYY/MM/DD)

• The college/university you are applying to, or have been accepted at.

6. If you are a freshman/sophomore/junior, please provide:

Selection Criteria 

The selection criteria for receiving the Grant are based on the review of the essay submitted by the student. The essay will be reviewed by Jared Jeffrey Davis himself.
