Eligibility Criteria
- A citizen of any of the participating countries including India is eligible for the fellowship program
- An undergraduate degree from a recognised and accredited University
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience in a relevant field. Part-time work experience will not be considered. No prior work experience or minimal experience in the US
- An undertaking to return to India on completion of the fellowship
- Should demonstrate leadership qualities
- TOEFL/ IELTS exams to demonstrate the English Language Proficiency
- A relevant record of Public Service to the community
