  1. A citizen of any of the participating countries including India is eligible for the fellowship program 
  2. An undergraduate degree from a recognised and accredited University
  3. Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience in a relevant field. Part-time work experience will not be considered. No prior work experience or minimal experience in the US
  4. An undertaking to return to India on completion of the fellowship
  5. Should demonstrate leadership qualities
  6. TOEFL/IELTS exams to demonstrate the English Language Proficiency
  7. A relevant record of Public Service to the community
