ACT Dates for Late Registration 2024

ACT Exam Registration: The option to register later is available to applicants who would like to take the ACT exam on a certain date but did not apply for it by the suggested registration deadline. ACT Exam Eligibility: The ACT exam is a standardised admission test for recent graduates of foreign high schools. The ACT exam is intended for recent high school graduates. Students may also take the test if they are in grades 6, 7, 8, or 9. To take the ACT exam, you must be at least 13 years old.

• At least two months before the application deadline, test-takers must reserve the exam time and date. Those who do not have a test booking confirmation are not permitted to take the ACT.

• Organisation, coherence, and unity: Make use of a variety of techniques to ensure that a piece is coherently structured, has a strong beginning and end, and flows easily.

2. Language proficiency (13–19%): The questions in this area demonstrate how to use language effectively by selecting words carefully and preserving a consistent tone and style.

3. Conventions of Standard English (51–56%): Students must apply their knowledge of standard English grammar, use, and mechanics to the questions in this section in order to rewrite and edit material. The following characteristics apply to it:

• Sentence structure and formation: Candidates must use their knowledge of these concepts to analyse a text’s structure and form and make necessary edits to make their writing better.

• Punctuation: They have to identify typical issues with normal English punctuation and adjust as necessary.

• Usage: Identifying typical issues with a text’s conventional English usage and making necessary modifications.

ACT Test Pattern for Mathematics

The ACT exam format states that students have 60 minutes to finish the 60 multiple-choice questions in the mathematics section. The math section of the ACT exam evaluates a student’s mathematical proficiency, which is normally gained in school courses up until Grade 12.
