    1. Hey Youbraj,
After receiving a sponsor letter, your employer must file a petition (Form I-129 or I-140) with USCIS. Once approved, you receive Form I-797. Next, complete Form DS-160, pay the fee, and schedule a visa interview at a U.S. embassy. Attend the interview with required documents (passport, job offer, approval notice, etc.). If approved, your visa is stamped. Upon arrival in the U.S., you can start working (for nonimmigrant visas) or apply for a work permit (EAD) if required. Visa types include H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and EB-3.
