A Canada Spouse Visa processing time typically takes around 12 months to process. It could be as little as six months or as long as 36 months depending on the conditions and location. The sponsorship fee is $75 (INR 5k) and an additional $150 (INR 11k) will be required to pay for each child included in the Visa application. You must provide proof of the following:
- A duplicate of Form I-551 (Green Card), front and back, OR
