BBA Entrance Exams in India

Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT)

IPMAT is organised by the Indian Institute of Management (Indore) as a national level exam and is the entry ticket to the BBA MBA Integrated Program offered by the institution. The duration of this course is 5 years. Moreover, IPMAT is one of the most popular BBA entrance exams in India and comprises of 100 questions in total with a maximum duration of 120 minutes. and the duration of the exam would be 120 minutes. Further, it contains two sections, i.e. English and Quantitative Aptitude and 4 marks are provided for every correct answer and there is a deduction of one mark for every wrong answer.

Christ University Entrance Test (CUET)

Situated in Bangalore, Christ University conducts an online entrance exam for its offered BBA courses. Slightly different from other BBA entrance exams, CUET is conducted in two levels and the last date for registration is different for both. The test has a total of 120 questions with a maximum duration of 120 minutes. It contains multiple-choice questions and for every correct answer candidates will be given 1 mark and a deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each incorrect answer. Apart from the three sections of English, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, there will be 2 additional sections of Data Interpretation & Analysis and General Knowledge.

National Test for Program After Twelfth (NPAT NMIMS)

Organised by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai), NPAT is another national-level entrance exam for BBA programs and their equivalent management programs. The mode of the exam is online and the duration of the exam is 2 hours. Further, it comprises of 120 questions and for every incorrect answer, 1/4th of the total marks of the question is deducted. Also, it contains some questions on general knowledge though it is not a separate section. The maximum age to get enrolled for this test is 25 years.

GGSIPU CET BBA

For the students wanting to pursue their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from any of the prestigious colleges affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, GGSIPU CET BBA is the main qualifying examination they need to appear for. Once you have cleared this test, the counselling process begins in which candidates are allotted a particular GGSIPU college. As compared to the other BBA entrance exams, GGSIPU CET BBA has an increased number of questions, i.e. 150 spread across four sections of English Comprehension, Logical Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude and a combined section of General Awareness and Business. The maximum duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes and the total marks are 600. 4 marks are given for every correct answer and negative marking of -1 is there.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test (BUMAT)

Conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth, BUMAT is a national level examination organised for the several BBA programs provided by the university. Unlike the usual BBA entrance exams, this test is organised in an offline medium. The university holds one single entrance examination for both BBA and BCA. The total number of questions is 200 and they are mainly objective-type. One mark is given for every correct response and there is no negative marking in the exam. The maximum duration of the test is 150 minutes and it constitutes of four sections, i.e. Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning/ Logical Aptitude. The Reading Comprehension consists of 20 questions and the other three sections have 60 questions each.
