Anatomy is a branch of medicine that includes the study of the physical structure of humans and animals. It involves dissection, observation, and identification of a complete living body. MD in Anatomy is the post-graduate level of study. It prepares the specialists who become the researchers and professors of this advanced field. According to The Scientist Magazine, “scientists have revealed new parts of the human body and overturned previous misconceptions.”. This is done with the use of advanced methods and tools. These types of researches by scientists have made this field a lot more desirable and pursuable among medical students.
