According to the recent survey by the recruiting firm Cooper Fitch i.e. the Gulf Employment Index, which was published for the second quarter of 2022, hiring in the UAE has climbed by 10% from the first quarter of this year.
This is good news for any student looking for employment or education in UAE universities as the chances of getting hired are currently very high.
Real estate, investments, and finance have all experienced the greatest hiring growth. Across the GCC, employment in the public sector has also grown dramatically. The research noted that Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Dubai saw the largest growth in job queries.
Top industries trending in the UAE
The following industries have seen a surge in hiring throughout the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait.
