History, Affiliations and Rankings
The University of Notre Dame, Australia is a public Roman Catholic confidential university with grounds in Fremantle and Broome in Western Australia and Sydney in New South Wales. The university has eight clinical schools as a feature of its institute of medication situated across Sydney and Melbourne and furthermore in territorial New South Wales and Victoria. Until 2021, Notre Dame was not part of the Western Australia Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC) nor the New South Wales Universities Admissions Centre, and understudies applied straightforwardly to the college through its affirmations process. In July 2021, Notre Dame collaborated with TISC to take applications for college classes in Western Australia through TISC. Today, the university supports and encourages innovation across many core facilities and resources, as well as a number of key research areas including cancer, environmental change, global health, turbomachinery and propulsion, and many more. It has academic affiliations with ACCU, NAICU, URA 568 Group. It is ranked at #2677 in the world, #48 in Oceania, #39 in Australia and #1 in Fremantle.
Infrastructure, Campuses and Courses
The University of Notre Dame is a leading Australian university, spread over three campuses in Broome, Fremantle and Sydney. The University of Notre Dame Fremantle campus consists of 53 buildings and houses the Schools of Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, Health Sciences, Law, Nursing and Midwifery, Physiotherapy, and Philosophy and Theology. The Broome Campus is located in the heart of Australia's famous Kimberley region and the Linguistics Campus in Sydney. Notre Dame's Sydney campus has two campuses, Broadway and Darlinghurst. The Broadway campus has 13 buildings housing schools of Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, Law, Philosophy and Theology. The Darlinghurst site is home to the university's medical and nursing faculties. The Student Activities Office is responsible for supporting the student associations of the university. Some of the popular events and traditions at the university include soccer games, basketball tournaments, fighting Irish, wake week and more. The University of Notre Dame has around 75 undergraduate degrees and 90 graduate degree programs including Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Business Analytics, Biological Sciences, German Studies, Accountancy, Finance, Anthropology, English, Film, Theatre, Neuroscience, Sociology, Spanish.

The University of Notre Dame has been ranked among the top 30 universities in the United States by Forbes, US News, World Report and other leading ranking portals. About 7% of the university's total student body is made up of international students from more than 70 countries around the world. The Notre Dame Alumni Association helps alumni members of the university connect with the rest of the world. Membership benefits include game tickets, insurance discounts, subscription to electronic newsletters and emails, professional services and much more. The alumni association donates a large amount of financial support to the students. Some of the notable alumni of the university are Condoleezza Rice (former U.S. Secretary of State), Nicolas Sparks (American novelist), and Joe Montana (American football player).
