Admissions Prerequisites

Students from countries with a different educational system than the United Kingdom may need extra preparation before enrolling in a degree program in the United Kingdom. In a new state-of-the-art ‘live to learn’ facility on campus, the University of Liverpool International College (UoLIC) offers a variety of pathway programs for students. Students will be guaranteed admission to their desired course at the University after completing the required gateway program.

  • Students must meet English language proficiency standards. Undergraduate education requires a minimum CEFR B2 level in speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
  • For UG programs, students must have successfully completed class 10th and 12th exams with a minimum of 70%.
  • For postgraduate admission, a Bachelor’s degree is required from a recognized institution with first division.
  • Students applying for PhD programs, must undertake a master’s degree and achieve first diviso/ 60% or above.

University of Liverpool First Class Scholarship  £1000 fee reduction for each year only if a student maintains a First Class (70%) average is maintained. Please note that this Scholarship only applies to non-clinical programmes.
