Eligibility Criteria for MBBS in India

Even though different colleges may have their specific requirements, there are some basic requirements that you need to fulfil in order to be eligible for pursuing MBBS in India. 

  1. The candidates must have completed their 10+2 education in the science stream. Physics, chemistry and biology is compulsory. 
  2. The candidate must have passed high school with a minimum average grade of 50%. 
  3. The candidates must be more than 17 years of age while applying to do an MBBS in India and the candidate’s age should not be more than 25 years while applying. 
  4. Candidates must have qualified the NEET-UG examination. Other than that some Universities have their own entrance examination that you need to qualify in order to apply to them.
