Masters’ Union Business School (MUSB) is back in the headlines as it announces the names of companies that are a part of internships for its flagship program MUSB PGP TBM. Big multinational companies like McKinsey, BCG, BMW, TATA IQ, PWC, EY, KPMG, amongst others are the major names that have been announced by MUSB.

The cohort of 2021 represents diversity in terms of academic training, professional experience, age, gender, geographies, and even career aspirations. The students not only come from distinctive fields like engineering, chartered accountancy, law and humanities; they bring a variety with their professional experience as well, given the average age of the cohort is 25.7 years.

In its inaugural year, 65 students have secured internships in the top 40 recruitment companies. There were about 11 international offers and the highest stipend is 3.75 lacs.

Other than the major companies like McKinsey, BCG, EY, HDFC, Tata, Softbank, and BMW, students of Masters’ Union have also landed jobs in private equity and venture capital at Softbank JV, L&T Private Equity, Orios Venture partners and Antler India.

Some students have also secured the role of ‘Chief of Staff’, ‘Entrepreneur in Residence’ at FtCash (500 Start-ups), Simpl (IA Ventures), Park+ (Sequoia), Aanswr Ventures, Hero Electric, Coke India, to name a few.

The Venture Initiation Programme offered by the Masters’ Union is providing select students with the opportunity to build a technology-focused business venture from scratch with guidance from mentors as well as financial assistance through grants.
