Rohan got 37 in the verbal section and 42 in the quant section then, by checking the value 37 in the row ‘V’ and value 42 in column ‘Q’ we can check the scores. Then the GMAT score of Rohan would be 650.

How to Calculate GMAT Score? The GMAT exam includes 4 sections: Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Integrated Reasoning and Analytical Writing Assessment. As GMAT is an adaptive test which means the level of difficulty will increase as you correctly attempt a question. Therefore, the number of questions you attempt plays a crucial role in the exam.

Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning both are scored on a scale form 6-51. AWA or Analytical Writing Assessment is scored on a scale from 0-6. Total GMAT score is on a scale from 200-800.

The GMAT test is an adaptive test. It means that the level of difficulty of the questions would increase with a correct answer. An incorrect answer would lead to easier questions being given. GMAT Quantitative and Verbal Subscore Scales 

How to Calculate GMAT Score? The GMAT Quantitative and verbal reasoning scores range from 0-60. However, the GMAT website reveals that scores below 6 and  above 51 are rare. It means that a student can consider scoring 51 on the quantitative or verbal section as excellent and scoring 6 in either of those sections as below average.
