XLRI PGDM-HRM/ PGDM BM Admission 2024

Admission Stage	Description
Registration	Interested candidates can submit their application through an online portal: https://xatonline.in/
XAT Exam	The candidates must show up for the XAT exam, which is held in 79 places around India.
Shortlist for Interview	The names of those chosen for the interview will be published on www.xlri.ac.in.
Personal Interview	The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a personal interview.
Final Selection	The performance in the personal interviews, XAT performance, relevant job experience, academic background, and extracurricular activities will all be taken into consideration when creating the final merit list.

XLRI PGDM Selection Process

XLRI has two rounds & on those rounds, students are admitted into XLRI. 

1. Entrance Exam – All applicants have to appear for the XAT examination & students that have cleared XAT will be eligible for the next round of selection. Another Examination that is valid for admission to XLRI PGDM is GMAT.
2. Group Discussion & Personal Interview – Students that have cleared the entrance exam & based on their additional information & shortlisted for group discussion round & personal interview.

Other details regarding the selection process for XLRI PGDM

• Applicants that have applied for more than one course will have to appear for multiple interviews.
• Work experience is not mandatory for all courses but while shortlisting, applicants with work experience are preferred.

Application Fee

Other than the entrance exam fee applicants have to pay additional fees for XLRI as well. Along with the XAT Entrance fee of Rs.1750/- applicants have to pay Rs.300/- additionally for admission.

Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for any course it is essential that applicants check if they meet the required eligibility criteria. Here are the eligibility criteria for XLRI PGDM:

For XLRI PGDM in Human Resource Management Programme & Business Management Programme

• Passed class 12 from a recognized board
• Three-year bachelor degree from a recognized institution

For XLRI PGDM in General Management Programme

• Bachelor degree of three years from a recognized institution
• 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience
