  • Decent Salary and Perks: RBI provides decent pay and additional perks. From a decent initial salary to perks such as festival, grade and transport allowances, book and briefcase grants, loans at concessional rates, and so much more! The overall CTC of this job touches around Rs 15 lakh per annum if you consider all the perquisites.
