How to Work and Study in Dubai?

Step 1: Get Your UAE Student Visa

The university to which you have been accepted will be your sponsor for the UAE student visa. You will be required to submit the necessary documents and go through an official medical check-up. 

Step 2: Apply for a Part-Time Job

The companies students want to work for have to pay some fees to employ them. This means those firms should have approved the position/job before the candidate can apply for the permit. Many universities offer a limited number of jobs for students on campus. 

Step 3: Gather the Necessary Documents

If you are an international student, you can work under your university-sponsored student visa, so long as you get a work permit once in-country. 

The documents required to gain  the work permit are as follows:

• A valid passport,
• One passport-size photograph with a white background,
• Student visa copy, 
• A labour establishment card from a new company (if applicable), and 
• A copy of your labour contract.

Step 4: Finally Get the Permit
