The People’s Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) is an aptitude test administered by the People’s Education Society. PES University holds it for admission to BTech programs and other programs provided by the university. Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the personal interview phase as well as their test score.

PESSAT 2022 Syllabus
The PESSAT 2022 syllabus varies depending on the subject. Candidates must be familiar with the entrance exam syllabus in order to perform well. PESSAT 2021’s syllabus for B.Tech will be at the 11th and 12th-grade levels. Chemists, physicists, and mathematicians must study 11th and 12th-grade themes. Candidates should study their 11th and 12th-grade textbooks in order to do well on the exam.
Questions from Verbal Ability/English Comprehension, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Quantitative Reasoning will be asked in other courses. Candidates can also solve past year’s question papers to improve their chances of passing the PESSAT 2021 test.
PESSAT 2023 Admission Process
Following is the step-by-step admission process for PESSAT. Candidates are required to complete application, slot Booking, PESSAT and Counselling/Interview.
- Candidates have to register as new users and fill out the online form. On doing so, candidates will receive their login IDs.
- On submitting the form, candidates will have to choose a slot for their examination. Post this, an admit card will be issued which the candidates will have to download.
- The exam for all courses except BTech will be conducted in Bangalore. There will be over 40 test centers across the country.
- Candidates who qualify for the test will be called for counseling/interview.
