Pavandeep Singh is the Co-founder of Tasty Tales which is a private company that provides ready-to-made pastes for home cooking. They provide pastes that are made naturally indulged with goodness and taste. Singh conceptualised this idea of ready-to-made cooking pastes and then introduced Tasty tales with Rinka Banerjee. Today you can find the products of Tasty tales on several big E-commerce sites. Let us tell you about the entrepreneurial journey of Mr Pavadeep Singh.

Pavandeep Singh started his educational journey by studying at The Valley School and he completed his Higher Secondary education. After that, he went to Christ University, Bangalore for his graduation where he studied graduation in business management. After his graduation, his entrepreneurial interests led him to pursue M.Sc. Marketing at the University of Manchester in the USA. After that, he went to SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) where he studied Master in Family Managed business.

From the beginning of his career, he knew that he had to take over his family’s automobile business. But, as he studied business and management, he has diverse knowledge in this sector. So, he always wanted to do something new and on his own. That’s why he entered the field of the cooking and food business.

Journey as an Entrepreneur

The story of how Pavandeep Singh came up with the idea of Tasty Tales is surprisingly novel. He was involved in this family automobile business. In 2007, he joined the Volkswagen Car Dealerships company as a Director where he nearly worked for 6 years in that company. Hwoever, he didn’t want to pursue his family business any further and wanted to do something unique. With courage, he decided to start his own Punjabi QSR named Tadka Singh in 2013. In the initial days, Tadka Singh showed amazing growth and response from the public.

They continued to develop the company into several high-street sites and shopping malls. Restaurant delivery aggregators such as Swiggy and Zomato are now assisting them. The company soon transformed itself into a cloud kitchen business, with several cloud kitchens. 

Pavandeep Singh experimented with several cooking company concepts after establishing a successful cloud kitchen. For example, Corporate Catering (Infosys), Golf Club Catering (KGA Golf Club), Daily Corporate Meals (HDFC, HSBC, SBI, ICICI), and so on. All these ventures assist him in developing new ideas and gaining expertise in the food sector. Following the success of these models, he came up with the concept of ready-to-use cooking pastes.

Pavandeep Singh knew the delicacies of the Indian cuisines and knew it would be easy and quick. So, he introduced Tasty Tales- a company that provides a range of packaged curry pastes indulges with authentic Indian flavours. Pavandeep Singh believed that with his new company, he will achieve success and heights in his life.
