About HDFC Scholarship 2023 – 24
Students in schools, undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma-level courses are eligible for this scholarship. HDFC Bank aims to help students with one-time financial assistance. The scholarship will range from ₹15,000 to ₹75,000. The scholarship is only for students that have lost either one or both parents due to Covid-19. The scholarship is divided into two categories. 1800 students from school and 1400 college students. The bank has created an entity of Rs.9 crores.

Students from only Indian schools and colleges with incomes less than Rs.6 lakhs per annum will be eligible for HDFC scholarships. The initiative by HDFC bank is to help students on edge of dropping out of schools and colleges because of the financial crisis.
Eligibility Criteria
The HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS scholarship is open to individuals enrolled in classes from grade six to postgraduate level, including diploma and polytechnic programmes. Scholarship recipients are chosen based on their academic ability and financial need. The following prerequisites should be met by all interested candidates:
- The candidates should be Indian citizens.
- They should be studying in government, private or government-aided institutions recognised by the Indian government.
- The candidates should be pursuing one of the following courses:
- Note: The candidates should be pursuing a professional course such as BBA, BTech, BCA, MBBS, MBA, MCA, MTech, etc. or a non-professional course such as BA, BCom, MA, MCom, etc.
- Class VI to class XII
- Diploma/ polytechnic
- Undergraduate degree
- Postgraduate degree
