• As an MNC Employee: In 2013, he joined as a director in a multinational company known as Amix (American Express). He had the urge to do something different so he left the job after working here for almost 2 years.
• As a Chief Financial Officer: Then joined Grofer’ as a Chief financial officer in march 2017  and after working there for a while, he left the organization in August.

• As a Founder of BharatPe: Ashneer came up with the idea of BharatPe, one of the most used payment applications in India in 2018. He along with Shashvat Nakrani and Bhavik Koladiya founded BharatPe.
• As a Judge: In 2021, he appeared as a judge in the popular Indian reality show Shark Tank India. Ashneer joined as one of the investors in this show. The reality show is about people coming up with their startup business plans and asking  the judges to invest in their business.

Out of 450 students, Ashneer Grover and five others were chosen as overseas scholars by the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (Batch Members).
