Established in 2006, the Institute of Management Technology located in Dubai is a research university and is one of the first management universities to have a campus in Dubai. The University has received accreditation from the Ministry of Education by the Commission for Academic UAE. The Institute has various affiliations with corporations like the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, Global Business School Network, Business Education Alliance, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. According to Forbes Middle East, IMT Business School has won the “Best Internship Placements” Award.

Infrastructure, Campuses and Courses

IMT Dubai campus is located in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), the city especially dedicated to the educational institutions in Dubai. There are eight main buildings on the campus that have amenities like Learning Resource Center and Wi-Fi, an amphitheater, a fully-equipped gym, a music room, a cafeteria, a recreation lounge with mini home theatre, carrom, and foosball. IMT Dubai has one program in Bachelor of Business Administration while they offer a one-year MBA in numerous specializations like operations, marketing, finance, digital business, supply chain management, and entrepreneurship. The institute also offers an Executive MBA for working professionals on weekends.

IMT Dubai have also partnered with various universities from America and the United Kingdom for their double degree programs, where students receive a degree from both institutes. The institute has received accreditation from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), Kansas, USA. The top notable alumni of the institute are Surbhit Tiwari (Planning manager at Dongbu Daewoo Electronics), Ayush Gupta (Business Development Manager at NDT Corrosion Control Services), and Avanendra Mishra (Business Lead at Vibes Communication), and Renan Rashwan (Business lead at Bahrain Contact Centre).

IMT Dubai have over 600 students on-campus coming from Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and the Middle East.
