IIT Tirupati Navavishkar I-HUB Foundation (IITTNiF) offers the IITTNiF CHANAKYA – Undergraduate Fellowship. This IIT scholarship is created for students who are studying in their 5th and 7th semester of BTech/BE/BSc or any equivalent course. This initiative awards a monthly stipend of INR 12,400 to the selected candidates.

Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarships

All the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) award the Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarships. These awards are given to 25% of undergraduate students enrolled in the institute for each academic year. The MCM scholarship is available for students pursuing a BTech dual degree program. Students who show commendable academic performance in the preceding academic year become eligible to receive this IIT scholarship. The JEE-AIR score is one of the criteria for selection.
