Unlike the other national and international scholarships, the Sitaram Jindal Scholarship does not have a limited span of time for registration. Candidates can register themselves and can fill up the application form at their convenience throughout the year. There is no deadline for this scholarship.

📌Sitaram Jindal Scholarship: Eligibility Criteria
To understand who is eligible to get the Sitaram Jindal Scholarship, we have provided category-wise eligibility criteria below:
➡️Category A
- You must be in the 11th/12th class. For male students, at least 65% of marks. Unequivocally, girls are required to have 60% of their marks.
- Boy and girl students hailing from Karnataka and West Bengal must have 75% and 70% marks respectively.
➡️Category B
- ITI classes from any government or private institution should be completed.
- Boys are required to have 50% of marks while girl candidates are required to score at least 40% marks.
➡️Category C
- For UG courses, girl candidates must have secured 55% and boys should have 60% in their 10+2.
- You must hold a bachelor’s degree for PG programs.
- Girl candidates are required to score 60% marks while boys must have secured 65% marks to obtain the Jindal Scholarship for PG courses.
- For employed, the annual family income should not exceed 4 lakh and for other applicants, it should not exceed 2.5 lakh, with below 30 years of age.
➡️Category D
- Diploma in all streams including Physiotherapy and Environment are considered under this category.
- Female candidates must have secured 55% marks while male candidates need to have 60% marks to apply for Jindal Scholarship.
- For employed, the annual family income should not exceed 4 lakh and for other applicants, it should not exceed 2.5 lakh, with below 30 years of age.
➡️Category E
- Engineering branches, Medicine, and Architecture are the courses for which Jindal Scholarship is offered under this category.
- MBBS, MPharma, Naturopathy, Dental Science, etc are some of the courses included. However, MDS is not covered.
- Women candidates are required to score 65% of marks while male applicants require 70% of marks.
Note: The pass percentage for candidates hailing from Karnataka and West Bengal varies for UG and PG courses. It is advised to check the official website before proceeding with the application.
