Indian students choose Ireland as their study abroad destination
Ireland is a popular country among students looking to study abroad. In the most recent academic year, more than 5,000 students choose Ireland as their study-abroad location.

Ireland is the next favourite study destination of Indian students. In the past 12 months, 5000+ Indian students have entered Ireland for higher education as per the Irish government. Indian students increasingly prefer to finish their education overseas in recent years. Indians pursue higher education in the US, UK, or Australia.

Some of the prominent courses taken by Indian students include engineering, computing, business, nursing, and social sciences. According to information provided by the Irish government, there has recently been a rise in interest in programmes that concentrate on cutting-edge technologies including artificial intelligence, agritech, data analytics, financial technology, and cyber security.

Ireland recently held an education fair in New Delhi, where many students expressed interest in a range of programs. In Delhi, 16 higher education institutions from Ireland attended the fairs and spoke with about 350 students and parents.

Important Information About the Overseas Program

The fairs gave students important information on everything from VISA procedures to available programmes, intakes, offerings, campus life, housing, foreign student support, scholarships, and culture. Mr Barry O’ Driscoll, Regional Manager, India and South Asia for Education in Ireland stated that the fairs give a fantastic opportunity for parents and students to interact with and ask questions of representatives from Ireland’s top higher education institutions about courses, career opportunities, and offerings. Our mission is to support students in making wise decisions regarding their educational path and achieving tremendous success in life, and we believe we have succeeded in doing so to a large extent. In addition, Ireland also offers overseas students a two-year stay-back option that makes it a wonderful option to study abroad
