The Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test Question paper is patterned in three sections namely; English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning. The questions will be in MCQ format with 4 options for each question. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer in the exam 2024. The JEMAT exam pattern is as follows:

JEMAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
Please note that proper documents related to the JEMAT eligibility criteria will be required at the time of admission and failing to produce them, the admission of the candidate will stand cancelled irrespective of the JEMAT Score. Here is a list of eligibility criteria to go through
- The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, or Architecture from a UGC or AICTE-recognised university.
- Final-year students with bachelor’s degrees are also eligible to apply only in case they will be able to produce the mark sheet at the time of admission.
- The degrees produced should be from a regularly attended course and no remote education degree will be accepted.
- The is no age bar for Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test admissions.
JEMAT Application Process 2024
The JEMAT 2024 Application process will soon begin and the candidates can follow the given steps to confirm their admissions.
- Open MAKAUT’s official website.
- Click on ‘Apply for JEMAT’.
- Fill out the form with the general details required like name, email id et.
- Fill in the captcha box with the displayed code and submit.
- The registration id and password will be emailed to you.
- Login using your credentials from the mail.
- Fill in the rest of the form details.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature.
- Select targetted courses and institutions from JEMAT.
- Choose the exam mode and proceed to pay the application fees.
- Take a print of the application form and payment confirmation.
JEMAT Admit Card 2024
The admit card for the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test might be released in the last week of June 2024. The candidates can follow the given instructions to download the admit card.

How to Prepare for JEMAT 2024?
To prepare properly for any Management Aptitude Test the candidates must begin their preparations months before the exam. Here are some JEMAT preparation tips and recommended books for test preparation.
- Prepare a Study Table- Being an aspirant of management the first thing the candidate should do is quickly prepare a timetable for better management of studies. The topics that you already know or are good at should have less preparation time and most of the time should be dedicated to new and difficult topics.
- Take help of authentic study materials- The time must be divided smartly between learning and practising. The candidate should first learn new topics with the help of solved examples, books and video tutorials and then proceed to practice questions.
- Solve Question papers- The candidates should practice the previous year’s questions and sample papers combined as a whole test at the end of their preparation.
- Make Short Notes- It is advisable to make short notes of all topics while studying and revise them at regular intervals.

JEMAT Selection Process
The candidates can check their results and subsequently and start preparing for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The final results will be released soon after the GD & PI rounds.
The results are made available on the login page only and the candidates can visit the official website to log in and check their results. The counselling schedule is released by the institutes soon after the results are released. The result contains the sectional sores and the overall scores of the candidates.
