• Later, the name TVS Motor Company Limited was registered in 1978 for the production and sale of Motorcycles, Scooters, and three-wheelers in India.
• As a TVS-SUZUKI joint venture, the business introduced a number of models, including the Suzuki Shaolin, Suzuki Shogun, Suzuki Supra, and Suzuki Samurai.
• In 2001, the TVS Company changed its name to TVS Motor after separating from Suzuki.
