Bengaluru saw a meeting of 26 opposition parties ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. All opposition and non-BJP party leaders from 26 parties had come together for a second round of meetings to stitch a united alliance against the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge chaired this closed-door meeting on 18th July 2023. It was attended by Sonia Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, Rahul Gandhi, as well as Nitish Kumar.
