Leverage Edu Reviews

Hailing from the little hamlet of Bhavali in Nainital, Siddharth Aggarwal’s quest to getting into his dream business school, Indian School of Business, was filled with plentiful hurdles and life lessons. Always finding himself inclined towards the domain of business and leadership, Siddharth decided to go for Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) after completing his secondary education. Even though he wanted to pursue BMS from Shaheed Sukhdev Singh College of Commerce, he had to settle for Ramanujan College due to the higher cutoffs of the former. Being the part of the first BMS batch, he paved his own path and created a new society in the college which came to be known as Enactus and later became a renowned one across the DU south campus.

One thing that Siddharth remarks of is the absence of someone he could look up to, “No one to teach you about life or give you words of inspiration,” which we at Leverage Edu ensure that students would never struggle with. The years of graduation were filled with fun and cherishable lessons that he was going to remember forever. Moving ahead, he gave CAT and got into IIM Shillong and Indore. But he believed that IIMs followed the conventional theoretical knowledge-based approach which was not the out-of-the-box exposure he was looking for. In the meanwhile, Siddharth started his own ventures named the Local Pal and Bookademics, the essences of which manifest his deft understanding of entrepreneurship.

He was striving to accomplish his ambition of studying further. At the nick of time, he discovered Leverage Edu through word of mouth. “ISB has always been the only B-school that I wanted to get into and was very tensed about my admit. I sought out help among my peers and Leverage Edu was the recommended answer,” Siddharth affirms.

Serendipity found him when he came in contact with Leverage Edu’s head coaches (alumni of ISB) who ensured Siddharth had access to the inside know-how of perfecting his essay for the YLP program at ISB. Intensive guidance sessions with Leverage Edu mentors and hours of introspection helped Siddarth write a crisp and concise essay of 300 words which helped him get successfully shortlisted for the final stage of the interview.

To mentor him in nailing the interview, the Leverage Edu mentors conducted rigorous preparation sessions and multiple mock interviews. Believing in the adage of ‘hard work paves the way’, Siddharth achieved his dream of getting admission into ISB through the prestigious YLP by successfully acing the interview! “Leverage Edu simplified the whole process that I was actually finding exhausting. From drafting the essays and its revisions to connecting to the best head coaches for the interview preparation, it felt to me as if I have found the right mentors in life. Really glad to have come to the right place!” he reflects happily.

We believe that it was his hard work and the unstoppable strive that helped him actualise his career aspirations. Our head coaches saw an immense potential for radical endeavours in Siddharth and we are relentlessly waiting for him to become an eminent figure globally!
