A- The above line graph shows the total number of inquiries made to the tourist information office between January and June 2001 using various methods of communication.
Overall, questions made by phone and in person showed a rising trend, but those made by email and letter had a worse time.
Beginning in January, telephone inquiries settled at 800 and remained stagnant through April 2001 followed by a period of continuous growth that peaked in June 2001 at roughly 1100. Personal questions, on the other hand, were at their lowest point in January, 400. It’s interesting to note that in March, the volume of individual questions surged to a little over 800, surpassing telephone inquiries. Yet again, after displaying a consistent period between March and April 2001, the number quickly climbed to 1200.
Finally, inquiries received by email and letter peaked in January at 600. In May 2001, the inquiry office received about 400 questions. This number drastically decreased the following month, reaching just 200 in June 2001.
