Imperial Excellence Scholarship is awarded to students who have a strong academic background and portray a promising future during the application and interview process. Imperial College Business School invites all international students from all nationalities to apply for Imperial Excellence Scholarship. Through this scholarship, students can avail tuition fee waiver that will help them to continue their studies without any financial difficulty. The scholarship is for the intake year of September 2023 and the deadline for the same is June 2023.

Award Details 

The Imperial Excellence Scholarship provides a tuition fee waiver with an amount of up to GBP 15,000 (INR 14.76 lakhs). This is a one-time scholarship, which means the scholarship cannot be availed twice. But keep in mind that the scholarship won’t cover expenses such as living expenses, accommodation, airfare/travel expenses, etc. 

Application Details 

Students who have submitted their application for the full-time MBA program before the deadline and have received the offer will be automatically considered for the scholarship. Therefore, they do not need to fill out an extra form. The Scholarship award will be available throughout the entire application process. However, the availability of the awards is limited. Hence, students are advised to apply early.

Eligibility Criteria 

The following are the prerequisites that the student must fulfil to be eligible for Imperial Excellence Scholarship:

• The candidates need to complete their undergraduate in a business-related course and also secure first or second class from a recognized university or something equivalent to an international course-related discipline. 
• The candidate should score a minimum of 6.5 in all IELTS bands.
• If the candidate has taken PTE, they should score a minimum of 62 in all bands.

Note:- Candidates who receive offer letters will become eligible for the scholarship. The decision will be based on merit. 

Selection Criteria

The candidates who will be selected will be notified by the admissions team within two weeks of applying. The selection committee of the Imperial Excellence Scholarship will be looking out for the following things: 

• Leadership qualities
• Clearly charted out a career plan
• Prior professional or internship experience 
• Strong academic record
• An excellent application
