Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Harchhatravrati Scholarship scheme a candidate must fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
- The applicant must belong to either the Scheduled Cast or Backward Class category.
- The family income should be less than or equal to INR 2.5 Lakh.
- To be eligible for this scholarship the candidate must have attendance more than or equal to 75%.
- The domicile of the candidate should be Haryana.
- Before applying students are advised to update their complete data in Parivar Pehchaan Patra as the basic data will be fetched from Parivar Pehchaan Patra Data.
- The applicant needs to create Parivar Pehchan Patra first if they do not have it already.

Documents Required
An applicant needs to provide the following list of documents to apply for the Harchhatra Scholarship Scheme:
- 10th and 12th class certificate
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate
- Aadhar card copy
- Applicant’s photograph and signature
- Haryana domicile certificate
- Parivar Pehchaan Patra
- BPL certificate (if applicable)
- Fee receipt
- The last exam passed certificate ( Not applicable to 1st-year students)
- Father’s death certificate (if applicable)

How to Apply for the Harchhatravrati Scholarship?
If a student wishes to apply for Harchhatravrati Scholarship then they need to follow the steps mentioned below:
- Firstly, a candidate needs to go through the official notification of the scholarship and check the important details related to it and the eligibility criteria to make sure that they are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Then the applicant needs to visit the official portal of the Harchhatravratti Scholarship and if the applicant is a new user then they need to click on the registration link. If they are an existing user then they need to click on the login option.
- After entering your Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) the list of family members is displayed. The candidate needs to then select their name and click on the “Generate OTP” button.
- After entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number, the applicant then needs to click on the “Verify OTP” button.
- Once the OTP is verified, the details are automatically filled in the registration form. Applicants should cross-check the information to ensure it is correct.
- After choosing the department and college, the applicant needs to create a password and click on the “Register” button.
- To apply for the scholarship the applicant needs to click on the login link available on the portal and enter the user ID and password.
- Fill out all the important details like Roll No., Course, Eligibility, etc.
- To save the application, click on the “Apply” button.
