EdCil Scholarship: Overview
EdCIL Foundation’s scholarship program was established to assist poor students taking a B.E./B.Tech graduating course. Employees of EdCIL and their dependents are ineligible to qualify for this scholarship program.
Eligibility Criteria
The following points summarize the EdCIL scholarship eligibility criteria.
- Students must have received at least 50% in their class 10th and 50% in their class 12th board exams.
- Candidates must have a B.E/BTech, BChE – Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, or BCE – Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
- Candidates’ annual family earnings must be less than INR 5,000.
- Candidates from the NT/ST caste will be given preference.
How to Apply?
The steps to applying for an EdCIL scholarship are as follows.
- The first step is to go to the EdCIL scholarship’s official website.
- Next, candidates must open the application portal by clicking on the Apply Now option.
- If the candidates are first-time visitors, they must click the Register Now button. They can also use Google to access the EdCIL scholarship portal.
- They must give their full name as it appears on their Aadhaar card, as well as their mobile number and email address. They can generate their login passwords here.
- Applicants must then enter the captcha code, accept the terms and conditions, and submit their application.
- Applicants can now log in to apply for an EdCIL scholarship, fill out the necessary information, and choose an appropriate scholarship plan.
- Attach the required documents and submit the completed EdCIL scholarship application form.
