Application Process
Interested students can contact their placement cell at their college, where the chosen students will be asked to take an online assessment and video/telephone interview. These selected students can then start with the AFBP incubator after completing their degree.
When they join AFBP, each participant (now an employee) is part of a two-month incubator where they learn about different Amazon companies, including AWS, Consumer, Devices, Finance, Operations, and Prime Video. After the incubation period, the applicant enters the Line of Business for which they have been chosen and acquires domain experience for a span of 30 months.
