Q- Your company has recently introduced a new uniform for the staff. But you have learned that the staff members are not happy about it.

Write a letter to your manager about it. In your letter,

• explain why you think the staffs are not happy with the new uniform
• what do you want the new uniform to be like
• and give some suggestions to handle the situation

Write at least 150 words.

Ans- 

Dear Mr Samuel,

I am writing to express my concern about the new uniform introduced for our staff. 

I have observed that the staff members are unhappy with the new uniform, and I want to provide some insights into why this is the case.

Firstly, the new uniform design does not cater to the comfort of the staff members. The uniform’s fabric is not breathable, and some staff members have complained about skin irritation due to the material used. Additionally, the new uniform does not come in various sizes, making it difficult for some staff members to find the right fit.

In order to resolve this issue, I suggest we consider introducing a new uniform design that is both comfortable and functional. The uniform should be made from a breathable material that will not cause any skin irritation, and it should come in a variety of sizes to ensure that all staff members can find a good fit.

To handle the situation, I propose that we conduct a survey to gather feedback from staff members on what they would like to see in a new uniform design. This will allow us to understand their needs and preferences, and we can then work together to develop a uniform that everyone is happy with.
