- You need to have a valid passport with 2 blank pages at least and a validity of 6 months for short-term stay and 18 months if the visa application is for 1 year
- A passport-sized picture which has a dimension of 3.5 by 4.5 cm, a white background, straight and neutral facial expression, religious purpose headgear is allowed without covering the face, light framed glassed if required, and should not be older than 6 months (image requirements can be checked according to the purpose of your application)
- You need to complete the visa application with the correct information and submit it with your signature
- A health insurance and medical well-being certification

Visa Requirements For International Students
The following is the list of Thailand visa requirements if you are applying for a Student visa to Thailand:
- You need to submit a letter of admission from the institute which you have applied in
- If the university is private, approval from the Ministry of Education is required

Visa Requirements For Family Relatives As Thai Citizens

- Signed and legal copy of the marriage certificate if the citizen is the spouse or document showing your relation to the citizen if not the spouse
- Bank statement as proof of having sufficient funds to sustain yourself in the country. You should have a monthly income of at least 40,000 Thai Baht
- Signed copy of the passport and identity card of the spouse or the relative

The following are the documents required for the application of SMART Visa:
- You need to submit a health certificate showing you are not affected by any of the prohibited diseases. The certificate should not be older than 3 months
- Police certificate certified by Notary Public
- Police certificate by Thailand police if already residing in the country
- Academic qualification supporting documents
- Supporting documents for the previous employment
- Proof of publications or achievements if required
Visa Requirements For Visa On Arrival
The following is the list of Thailand visa requirements for the Visa on Arrival:
- A valid passport with a validity of 30 days and 2 blank pages
- Passport-sized picture according to the guidelines
- An application form filled and with an attached photograph
- Bank statement as proof, showing that you have sufficient funds to manage your expenses during your stay in Thailand. You should have a minimum of 10,000 Thai Baht if you are going alone, and 20,000 Thai Baht if there is a dependent or a family member along
- You must provide proof of accommodation that you are going to reside in once in the country, with check-in and check-out dates preferably.
Visa Requirements For Travel And Tourism
If you are traveling to Thailand for tourism purposes, a Tourism Thailand visa requirements are as follows:
- A valid proof of accommodation in the country or a letter of invitation from a friend
- Proof of sufficient funds by means of a bank statement
- A letter of invitation and proof of relationship if you are visiting a family member or friend in Thailand
- A travel insurance covering 1.75 million Thai Baht and health insurance
- Medical or fitness certification
