Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme

The Vidyasaarthi is an initiative by Protean e-Gov Technologies Limited formerly known as NSDL E-Governance infrastructure limited. There is no charge to apply for the scholarships. The Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme enables underprivileged students to receive financial help from corporate companies. The amount funded by the companies is used for the students and to help them in their education. Many corporate companies invest their funds just to promote skill development by designing education finance schemes which are provided to the students on the basis of merit. 

Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme- Lists of Scholarships With Awards Offered

Mainly four companies offer the awards to the students, they are Concord Biotech Limited, H.G Foundation, NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure Limited, Provident Housing Limited and Yingjia Communication Pvt Ltd. And there are four courses which students can choose from, Diploma, Higher Secondary, ITI, Primary and Secondary and Under Graduate. Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme- Eligibility Criteria 

The Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme has incorporated some guidelines for the students who are willing to apply for scholarships. They are mentioned below. Interested candidates must go through the eligibility criteria attentively before applying. 

• The annual household income of the applicant must not exceed INR 3,00,000/- per annum.
• Students who are applying for undergraduate courses must have secured at least 50% of their marks in their 10+2 examination. 
• Students willing to apply for Diplomas must have secured at least 50% marks in their 10th standard. 
• Students of B.E/B. Tech must have secured at least 50% of marks in their Diploma. 
• For ITI students, they must have scored at least a minimum of 35% marks in their 10th standard. 
• The scholarship is not valid for ACC employees and their children.

Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme- Application Process 

The student first needs to open the online portal of the Vidyasaarathi Scholarship Scheme and then register themselves. Students must read the application process mentioned below attentively before applying for the scholarship. 

• Visit the official website of the Vidyasaarathi Scholarship portal. 
• Students need to fill in all the details and press the sign-up button. 
• Now students have successfully registered themselves. 
• Students will receive the verification link on the registered email and then one has to verify the link received by clicking on the link. 
• After receiving your credentials, log in and then fill out the scholarship you want.
