The Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI) is a national organisation of nursing professionals at different levels. It was established in the year 1908 and was formerly known as the Association of Nursing Superintendents (ANS). 

The Student Nurses Association of India (SNAI) scholarship is provided to deserving students as financial aid for specific courses to allow every young student to pursue education and establish a successful career through their education/knowledge.

SNAI Important Dates 2024

The funding body of the Student Nurses Association of India Scholarship 2024 is yet to release the important dates like the release of the official notification, commencement of registration, closing of registration, last date to submit the fees, the release of admit card, result and the list of the selected candidates (merit list), etc. However, candidates should keep an eye on the official website as well as this space for further updates.

SNAI Scholarships: Eligibility Criteria

There is a set of eligibility criteria that aspiring candidates must meet to be eligible for the Student Nurses Association of India (SNAI) scholarship sponsored by the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI). However, since the scholarship covers both graduation and master’s courses, there is a specific set of eligibility criteria for both which are discussed below:

The candidate should not have received a TNAI scholarship during the last 5 years.
The candidate can not receive any financial support/benefits/aid from any other source, such as stipend/salary/fellowship/scholarship, etc.
The candidate must be a citizen of India.

SNAI Scholarships: Application Process

The application process is available for offline mode only. Candidates willing to submit the form can visit the official website of the SNAI TNAI and go to the application section and download the application form to be filled and submitted offline.

The application forms once filled out, should be recommended and signed by the Unit SNAI advisor of the institution and the principal/head of the institution. For applicants to the Master’s program, the form should be recommended and signed by the President/Secretary of the concerned TNAI branch as well as the principal/head of the institution.

The candidate should keep in mind that incomplete/incorrect applications received shall not be considered for the scholarship and will be forfeited.

SNAI Scholarships: Scholarship Amount

The selected awardee of the SNAI TNAI scholarship will be provided with INR 24000 as a one-time scholarship. The total amount of the scholarship will be transferred through NEFT to the candidate’s bank account directly from the TNAI headquarters.
