Admission Process – Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR)

Potential students can get into the TIFR by passing an entrance examination run by the university or a National test like the GATE, CSIR-NET, JRF, or JEST. For five courses, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and Mathematics, students to take written tests.   • The non-refundable registration fee for men is INR 1200, and for women is INR 600.
  • Students can pay this fee through Internet Banking, Credit Card or Debit card, UPI, or other.
  • Once you’ve made a payment online, please use your application sequence number as your User ID to log in to your account on the website and check the progress of your payment.
  • Once the payment goes through, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address.
