- Go to the National Scholarship Portal website.
- Create an account on the website.
- Find and select the law scholarship you want to apply for.
- After receiving login credentials, log in and fill out the application form carefully.
- Submit the completed application form, download and print it for your records.

Here’s a general process for applying for scholarships for law students in India through official websites:
- Go to the official website of the law scholarship you are interested in.
- Search for the scholarship and register on the portal if you are a new applicant.
- If you are already registered, click the “Apply Now” button.
- After registering, fill out the application form with all of the required information.
- Upload the required documents and review the information you have entered.
- Click the “Submit” button.
Students must have the following documents ready to apply for law scholarships in India:
- Proof of identity (Passport, Aadhaar card, driving license, or other government-issued ID).
- Proof of income (Income certificate from a competent authority (Tahsildar or SDM)).
