AEES Teacher 2023 Selection Process

The AEES Teacher Recruitment selection entails a CBT Exam, a skill test, and a health check-up. The information below will help you understand each step of the selection process and what it entails. 

AEES CBT Exam 

Individuals intending to work as teachers under the body of AEES must undertake the AEES CBT (online) Test. Those who are able to qualify for the test will be further called for their skill test round and medical checkup. The CBT exam is worth a total of 100 marks. Candidates receive a +1 mark for each successful answer, with no penalty marking for incorrect ones. The examination lasts 150 minutes. 

The exam contains questions from various topics, including General Knowledge, Reasoning, Teaching Methodology, and Numerical Aptitude. The data provided below will walk you through the exam pattern for various posts (PRT, TGT, PGT).  Have a look.

AEES Skill Test 

It is imperative for candidates appearing for the AEES Skill Test to procure the attested copies of their official documents for verification. Those who are unable to do so during the skill test will be debarred from partaking in the test. One must bring their Aadhar card/PAN card for identity verification. 

The AEES skill test lasts for around twenty minutes. Individuals appearing for the test will be required to give a presentation/demonstration on the given topics. Topics provided for presentation will be allocated from the syllabus itself.  

The skill test is administered to gauge an individual’s prowess and aptitude in Subject knowledge,  teaching ability, communication skills,  confidence,  poise, logical thinking, time management, language proficiency, and creativity.  

AEES Medical Examination

Only the candidates who qualify for both the CBT and Skill Test and are likely to be appointed for any of the vacancies will be called for the medical check-up round. This is to discern whether the candidate is healthy and not suffering from any underlining ailments. Only a healthy candidate will be eligible for the final offer.

AEES Teacher Eligibility Criteria

Must be holding an integrated degree certificate (B.A.Ed. or B.Sc.Ed from NCERT). 
PGT40 YearsMust be holding a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from any notable institution. 

Must have qualified for postgraduate certification with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

Must have completed an integrated postgraduate course from NCERT.
 
Must be holding a B.A.Ed /B.Sc.Ed degree from a recognised institute
