TS TET stands for Telangana State Eligibility Test. This test is conducted by the State of Telangana for the post of teacher. If you want to be in any school under the government of Telangana, you have to clear the TS TET examination. For the TS TET 2023 exam, there is not yet any notification released by the government of Telangana.

TS TET 2023 Application Process

Applying for TS TET 2023 is very easy. You just need to follow some certain steps, if you want to apply it without causing any blunder in it. Keep in mind that the application process can be done by online process only. The steps in detailed form is below:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of TSTET 
  • Step 2: You have to then pay the application fees first and then fill in all the primary details that you need to fill. 
  • Step 3: After submitting the personal details and paying the registration fee, you will get a journal number. 
  • Step 4: After getting the journal number, visit the website again and login with those credentials.
  • Step 5: Click on the “ Online Application form” option and fill all the details correctly. 
  • Step 6: Upload the scanned photograph and all the documents.
  • Step 7: Click on save and preview and you can check all the details once more.
  • Step 8: Verify them and submit the application form.
  • Step 9 : After submitting, you will get a candidate ID. Save that ID for future reference and print the application form.

Selection Process of TS TET 2023

The selection process for TS TET 2023 depends on the candidates. There are two papers in the exam. Paper 1 is mandatory for candidates who are applying for Class I to V and Paper 2 is compulsory for applicants who applied for Class VI or above. Keep in mind, if you have applied for all classes then you need to appear for both exams.

According to the TS SET selection process, candidates need to appear for an interview after passing the written test. The exam conducting body will release a list of shortlisted candidates after the written exam.

TS TET 2023 Exam Pattern

As discussed earlier, there are two papers in the written exam for TS TET 2023. The syllabus for both papers differs, the same as the exam pattern. The detailed information about the exam pattern is as followed:

Paper 1 

Candidates who are appearing for Class I to Class V examination, appear for this paper. The total number of questions is 150 and the total marks for this paper is also 150. This paper is divided into 5 equal sections. The duration of this paper is approximately 2 hrs 30 minutes (150 minutes).

How Can I Apply For TS TET 2023?

To apply for TSTET 2023, you need to visit the official website of TSTET. After that, you need to visit the online application link and click on that. Follow all the instructions beforehand to avoid any mistakes in future. 

What is the validity of the TS TET certificate?

Earlier the validity of TS TET certificate was 7 years. Recently the government has now increased the validity of 7 years to lifetime now.

How do I qualify for the TSTET exam?

Qualifying marks depend on the different categories you may belong to. It is generally less for the reserved categories, The qualifying marks of TS TET exam is a minimum of 60% for general, 50% for OBC and around 40 % for SC/ST and PwD.
